How would we justify what goes in the rows for "likes" and "dislikes"? those are covered by friends and Enemies. I will add in personality but that's already reflected in the article, an infobox shouldn't be the entire article rather its a brief notecard.
Likes and Dislikes are not the equivalent of Friends and Enemies.
In Ice Age: Continental Drift it's explied that Manny loves banana, after Fuzzy offered one to him. But Manny can't be friend of a banana. So, on a like section, I could add banana into Manny's likes.
About dislikes, Manny hates being called fat. But he can't be enemy of being called fat, because that's a fact, and you can't be enemy of a fact. So, on a dislike section, I could add "being called fat" into Manny's dislikes.
How about personality, well, the article explains more the personality, but a section on the infobox would be very helpful. You could add for example "clumsy, good-hearted" into Sid's personality.
The majority of the wikis does that, so we could do better
So recently I asked Spottedstar from the KFP Wiki, on how to make the portal slider. Spottedstar told me to refer to you, so that is why I am here; I would love to know, if you don't mind, how do I implement the portal slider feature on the Madagascar Wiki that I am managing.
I know it is probably going to be hard, but (I think) I am willing to go through any hardness and obstacles because the portal slider would be very useful for my Wiki.
unfortunately, as you may be aware Wikia staff broke the configurations to it. The portal slider system at both kung fu panda and avatar (last airbender, korra) are broken beyond fixing. They damaged the js or css on the backend from properly loading. Its possible this is due to portable infoboxes. Since its broken and I do not know how to fix, I can not assist at this point. If you want just the single click, that works but I have no idea how to set that up. Dragon Age wiki has it set up differently and is much more complex.
sorry for the late response, having read your conversation with Spotted Star at KFP; now I understand why it wasn't working for me. based on when staff (MarkV) insisted on trying to force the js to ImportJS until Rappy reviewed and accepted my reasons for moving it back (hosted code at common.js), they really want to cache everything. Since they couldn't do that, they just rendered it useless as according to them (my thoughts) it was using too much resources on client side. Yep, staff is forcing the slider's loading function to lazy load. I can confirm this behavior there and at avatar wiki.
I see. I tried to contact the administration of the Dragon Age Wiki but appearantly the one who set up that system is inactive? So they suggested me to look at their Help page for the portal (https://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Help:Portal), but I wasn't so sure of how to set it up. And later they suggested me to try the Community Development Team which I am still considering on...
If the series being after the fitth film, would be too many main Characters. Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Crash, Eddie and Scrat are sufficient. I was thinking about being on that way: two episode for the herd, one for Scrat, two episodes for the herd, one for Scrat.
I was thinking about the series having 20 seasons and 616 episodes.
a CGI series after the second film and before the thir film. Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Crash, Eddie and Scrat as the main characters. 20 season 616 episodes. Two episodes for the Herd, one for Scrat.
a sixth film, which both Diego & Shira and Sid & Brooke have children (despite Sid's clumsiness, I think she would be a greay father). Diego and Shira could have two cubs: Zang (male) and Nina (female). Sid and Brooke could have three cubs: Maggie (female), Jason (male) and Danny (male).
an spin-off film for Scrat. Obviously, other main characters who talk, deuteragonist, tritagonist, antagonist, everyone talking. But Scrat would be the protagonist. That movie could be after the third film and before the fourth film.
an spin-off film for Buck, a prequel about how he discovered the Dino world.
an spin-off film for Crash and Eddie, after the fourth film and before the fifth film.
regardless Diego is blocked on this wiki permanently. PoofyMammoth has a single chance, if he blows it then he's blocked and he's aware of that. He does anything that violates policy and he's gone. If Diego returns and disrupts, staff will be informed for additional globals.
Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to fix the link for Musk Ox under the Template:Species page. On a related not, I have been trying to edit the Musk Ox's behind the scenes where I was attempting to specify the extinct Musk Ox that was featured in the film is the Bootherium bombifrons which is the scientific name for Helmeted Muskox.
I did leave something in the edit summary and it wouldn't accept it. It's either not noticing what I write in the edit summary or there might be a glitch with that feature. Are you saying that the edit summaries should be longer?
Hey there. Just incase you didn't get my first message, I just wanted to let you know that I had little do with my account getting blocked. It was DiegoSmilodon who got it blocked. I told him he could use my account if he would solve things in a civil manner but he didn't and ended up getting my account blocked. So I ask you if you could please get me my account back? It would mean alot
Oh, right. Anyway, Buck's relationship with the herd's members is almost the same in the third movie and the fifth one, so if you well remember the third film, I think you could tell me anyway which one of the herd's members which interacted with Buck was, in your opinion, closest to him. It's all the same to me if you reply here or in the thread.
I agree with Kyuubiki, Kindlygirl is the sockpuppet of DiegoSmilodon because (1) he has an obsession with Shira like Diego and (2) it is very suspicious that suddenly this person (Kindlygirl) has an interest in affiliating with Wikis especially with Blue Sky Studios Wikis only.
